At EDGE, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return for store credit in the form of a EDGE gift card only useable online not in store. We are currently not offering refunds, just store credit.
ALL ORIGINAL EDGE TAGS MUST STILL BE ATTACHED TO THE ITEM TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS
Items purchased online may not be returned or exchanged in person at any EDGE in-person store location at this time. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
If Checkout+ is purchased at time of checkout return shipping will be covered. Otherwise customers the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the return value.
What is Checkout+: Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides both free return shipping and package protection for your order.
By adding Checkout+ on your order, you will receive:
- Free Return Shipping: If you need to return an item for a store credit, your return shipping label is covered.
- Package Protection: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim, and upon approval, receive a same-item replacement at no extra cost.
Non-EDGE items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
15 DAY STANDARD RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt of delivery. All original tagging must be on the items to be accepted.
EDGE must receive the returned item within 15 days of return authorization. Our return policy lasts 15 days because we receive new items every day and sell out of items very quickly. We will gladly pay your return shipping if an item was not what was ordered or defective.
Please keep the return tracking information for your records. EDGE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. EDGE does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to EDGE.
-RETURNS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION-
*To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, free of makeup stains, unaltered, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
- All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs must be attached
- "Free gifts" or bonus items
- All items included in a bundle
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable.
- All Accessories(Jewelry, hats, belts, bags, scarves, and others)
- All intimate, swimwear, and bodysuit items
- Final sale items
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Returns outside of the U.S. and Canada will be responsible for obtaining their own return shipping label using a carrier of your choice (track‐and‐trace service strongly recommended).
**Online store credit is a form of gift card that can be used on our website. In returns, online store credit is issued after we receive return item(s).
