Do I need to register before placing an order?

No, you can always shop as a guest, there is an option when you checkout.

 

How do I register?

Click the ACCOUNT link at the top right of our website, and it will give you an option to sign up or login.

 

How do I reset my password?

In order to reset your password, you must contact customer care and ask for your password to be reset. You will get an email to reset your password.

 

How do I change my account information?

In order to change your account information, login to your account and go to your Account Page. Click the “edit address”; there you can edit your name and address.

 

Can I change my email address on my account?

No, you are not able to change email addresses once they have been registered.

Can I order by phone?

We only take orders through our website. Situations may occur, where ordering through email is required, if our associates deem it necessary. If you have any questions on ordering, please contact us.

 

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit card company (VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, DINERS CLUB, JCB) transactions through Authorize.net or Paypal. (International transaction included). Absolutely! We will NEVER share any personal information to anyone at any time, unless required by law.

 

Do you restock items that are sold out?

We do not restock sold out items in order to keep our selections fresh and up to date on the latest styles. However, there are rare occasions where we may receive more shipment on popular items.

 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

As long as your order is still in the processing stage, you may contact customer service to cancel your order. We advise you do this ASAP for timing may conflict, and your items may be shipped.

 

How do I know what size to choose?

How do I check on the status of my order?

Log in to your account. On your account page, click Order History. You will find your order’s information and status. Pending (1-2 business days), Processing (1-2 business days), Shipped (various). Estimated times are subject to change according to situations, but we try our best to keep our customers updated on their orders.

SHIPPING

What kind of shipping options do you offer?

We offer standard shipping and it usually takes anywhere from 3-5 business days depends on locations. International shipments take more business days for items to be delivered, time differing according to country. You can learn more about our shipping HERE.

 

Which international countries to you ship to?

How do I track my package after it ships?

You will be able to find a tracking number for your shipped order by logging into your account. Go to your Order History page, and you will find a tracking number for the package. You can track your package with the number through the USPS website. Please allow 24 hours for information to be updated on your tracking number.
