So I decided to research and find some ways to live a healthier lifestyle. Here are some facts I have gathered just for you.

On the weekdays, eat chicken and veggies, then on the weekends, you can have a couple of slices of pizzas and wings. Just make sure the high calorie and carb foods are only consumed on the weekends (along with your alcoholic beverages) and refrain from eating unhealthy on the weekdays. Once you train and build healthy habits, it won't be so hard to say no to that slice of a pizza on a Tuesday evening.
